Ok here is my best shot at it. Although I am having trouble figuring out what all the words mean. "Please use the mop in an appropriate fashion so that you do not drench the apartment floor". So what do you say am I even close? What the hell does migitorio mean? Maybe it's a person.

I admit I had to get a little help with "migitorio". I last studied Spanish in 1967 . . .

"Please use the toilet the appropriate way so you don't wet the floor!"

Robert - I can see a market for signs like this!

Looks like I am late with my entry (some how your email when to my junk file)... anyway... my translation is:
"Please use the urinal in an appropriate manner so as to not drench the floor." The grocery stores in NC always have signs around about "wet floors"... and I found migitorio on google first shot. It was in a comment about a piece of artwork! http://archiv.hkw.de/forum/forum1/doc/sep-dec99/1208-1535-Diaz-Infante.txt
